Everything at the store was very nice and cute so excited

Customer service was average, I had no problems. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and the sales person was very helpful. I also found some charms I intend to purchase at a later date for a gift.

I am Highly satisfied

I had to ask for a box and a bag. I visited a pandora store in charlotte a few months ago and they cleaned my existing pandora jewelry. I was not offered a cleaning service during this transaction. The girl was new I believe but would have been nice to have my set all shiny.

The line was really long and there wasn’t anyone giving updates on progression. Also they were only letting a few inside at one time. I stood in the line for over an hour and no one let us know what was going on. overall everything was okay i would have just like to be notified.

The line was out if the door and wrapping around. People were taking a long time. Luckily the manager had an associate help me while someone was waiting for their family to come. There were only 3 associates on and a manager at the door at that time.

My son and I visited during the Christmas holidays. There was a line outside of the store (which I understood; due to the busyness of Christmas) However, there was not a clear indication where the line was forming. My Son and I stood on the opposite side of where the line formed. The associate turned around and told us that we were standing on the wrong side and the line was forming on the opposite side…well by that time two more shoppers walked up and instead of her saying we were there first, she allowed them to go ahead of us.

It's not that I'm not highly satisfied. Christmas season is very busy & lines are long but my overall experience was great.

It’s around the holidays when I came so the line to get in is long. It was a long wait. You have to check in and wait until your turn to get in. There were questions I asked the girl taking your name cannot answer for me and was told to just ask the salesperson when I get in.
