The salesperson I had was not friendly at all. She didn’t greet me, she seemed irritated to be there and acted as if I was asking too many questions. I rather order online next time

The store is small and the sales associates are on top of each other as well as the customers

I’m a true believer that there is room to grow to improve, my true answers was given because no nobody or company can be perfect I was happy with my purchase and the staff. I’m also a repeat customer because I love your I have a total of three bracelets just purchased one for my daughter.

As I entered the store the worker at the door said that I couldn't exchange my prior purchase for something different - it had to be an exact exchange. When I got to the sales associate she called the manager over and the manager let me exchange my items for different items at the same value.

Annette was courteous and friendly! She greeted us as soon as we entered the store. She also assisted in helping me find a charm and gave advice for building my bracelet.

My busy was very well. The people were great and did help you. There was new girl helping me but her coworker had to take over due to her knowing more.

The price! I think Pandora is way too expensive. The only reason I shop here is because Pandora is on my daughters Christmas list.
