I made an order a couple days ago and I ordered 4 charms they only send 3 this is odd because they are always good I have ordered from pandora from a long time and never have any problems before.hope to fix this issue

Sales associate didn't seem very knowledgeable about products. She may have been new. Usually I can describe a charm and the associate knows what I'm talking about. I had to pull it up online and show her a picture and then she had a hard time finding it. She was really nice, but may just need someone to work with her.

I wanted to get the free bracelet sale your company was doing but the kady said that i had to be 18 and i said, okay if i come back then can i still use the credits I earned (i spent $150) (you need to spend $130 for the silver bracelet) and she said no and that i had to do it in that same day, which is ridiculous and absurd.

I brought a pair earrings to be replaced, store did not have in stock. I was advised I would have to pay to have replaced if the sales associate was to order online.

Felt super rushed and the associate seemed like they did not want to be there or help help me. I usually feel very welcomed in to the store but she seemed like she wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible.
