I was satisfied with my visit, I dn't like the pricing it's misleading until you get ready to purchase an item. The difference between rose gold, gold & silver & the fact that the rose gold styles of bracelet are all the same price.

This was my first experience at Pandora and I was so excited to purchase my first charm bracelet. At the Crabtree Valley Mall location, the store was clean and sparkling. My experience was bitter-sweet. The service I was received was extremely disappointing. The associate, Alyssa, made an inference for my bracelet size purely off my weight. It was obviously two sizes bigger, when I communicated that concern with her Alyssa said, "No, I don't recommend you sizing down". I strongly expressed that I can easily pull the first length over my hand. When Alyssa presented me with the correct sizing her excuse was "Oh, you're between sizes". This incident ruined my first experience with Pandora. I am not overweight, however I do have hips. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received, but I love my bracelet.

The line outside the store was too long and the customers in the store were not make a purchase but browsing for too long.

It felt like every single charm that my fiance and I wanted to get for his mom for her birthday was out of stock. There was about 7 or 8 charms that we were interested in that were not available. It was frustrating because it was a miss almost every time. The sales associate was nice and somewhat helpful. I say that because I mentioned several things that would help us narrow down what to get for my fiancé's mom, but the suggestions felt half hearted. At once point I felt like we were just looking at each other because there wasn't very much input or suggestions. We ended up purchasing three charms, but I wasn't in love with the choices. We wanted to build a story with her bracelet and we couldn't do that because the lack of stock.

The time was the problem they were about to close and they didn’t say nothing but everything was rushed and I didn’t like my bracelet because I didn’t have the time to choose the right one :(

The line was fairly long. I was patiently waiting. A sales associate was helpful and provided a book to look through to figure what you wanted before entering store.
