The line was very long. There was a lot of the charms that were in the catalog that were not in stock. I went in for 5 charms, and 4 of them were out of stock. The associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about options to replace the selections.

I was satisfied with my experience at Pandora. Im not going to make any jewelry purchases any time soon which is why i wouldn’t return in the next 90 days!

I went to the pop-up store on the lower level and they did not have the size I needed. I had to go to the upper level. The sales associate on the lower level made me wait 3 minutes while she finished up a phone call.

I understand the need to wear masks but I could not understand one word the associate was saying. I asked her to speak up twice. I live 50 miles away so from now on I may just buy on line and maybe pick up in store but if this is the service I just dont have time to figure out what they are saying. Also she could not find either charm with out asking a co-worker. she never offered to bring out options , very disappointed with this visit. And would have spent more than $ 100.00. Just get her trained.

On 10/18/2021 I went to the store because my mom had given me a snake bracelet for my charms that I needed for since I had to many charms on one of my bangles. She had gotten it sometime in 2018 and was in her drawer all this time until 10/17/2021. When I was placing the charm in the bracelet the Disney Pandora charm of Daisy Duck did not want to twist in and the part of the end where the clasp closes onto broke. We were so sad to see that it could not move and that the bracelet was damaged. I thought it was the charm but when we went to the store the young lady Jolaade said she noticed the bracelet had a defect. So it was also so disappointing that we could not send it off to be repaired and that Pandora could not help us. I was called the "Pandora Queen" by one of the associates in the store because I had all my jewelry I have purchased since 2015-16. At least, they offered to clean them since the gold charms were very discolored and it is all 14K not gold plated. To be a loyal customer, it was disheartening to have no compensation for the broken bracelet that was defected.

I was very happy with the sales associate very great customer service and love the items she showed me and yes I bought them the only reason I wouldn’t be back to this store in 90 days because I live out of town but definitely will shop here again when I’m in town

Waited outside the store. Was not greeted until I actually got in the store. The item I wanted only had 1 selection. The salesperson did not give good customer service.

When I first came to the store it took them all three of the ladies a minute to look up to even acknowledge I was at the line waiting on them to tell me I could come in. The young lady that helped me seem like she was trying to rush me to buy anything but she was nice she had to slow down some.
