The store said it was short staffed so we had to wait in line while 2 people were inside at a time so that was kind of frustrating.

I was very pleased with the items that you had an the costumer service was nice.

I Ordered a pandora moments charm. They sent me a universe charm instead. I went to exchange it for a Pandora moments charm, and they would not do it.

Went into the store to have my charms/bracelet cleaned. Got my bracelets back and some of the charms were tarnished. Purchased a polishing cloth so I could back over them myself.

Merchandise is pricey

I asked the person that was helping me if she could fix my bracelet with the new charms I had purchased and she did not want too, I never had this issue until this day

I only went to this Pandora because a specific item I wanted was there per your website. I hate crabtree valley mall - parking and crowds are a huge deterrent to wanting to shop there. This store was TINY...too small and not a good selection of merchandise.

Couldn’t switch a broken bracelet because it was on sell when it was bought I think it shouldn’t matter if it was on sale or not it should be able to be switched if it’s in the year mark
