We went to this mall near us but they don't have what I'm looking for so need to go to the other store..

I had to wait in line around 25 minutes to get in the store. I'm sure this is a covid measure but that was the only bad part of my trip so it was worth mentioning.

The wait to get into these stores is starting to get extremely long and tedious. There need to be more sales associates to keep up with the number of people that want to shop and get serviced in-store.

The charm I wanted was not available.

Associate was very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable.

Highly satisfied purchase and jewelry cleaning

The sales associate was busy running around doing other things for other people. None of the other sales associates were doing that. Then she had to start my purchase over three times on the electronic device. What could have been a 20 minute shopping experience turned into a 43 minute shopping experience. The manager didn't offer any apologies for the inconvenience. My mother was with me handicapped on a scooter very uncomfortable ready to go and they could see that and still didn't apologize for tbe trouble. I have never had an experience like that at that location. I'm disappointed.

Corvid line was around the corner in the hallway of the mall The store is very small Manning that for the customers seeking to buy would have been overcrowded and uncomfortable assistant manager Alyssa was a great help

There was a very long line! The store needs to be larger especially when there are holidays! More Workers during Holidays to Keep Up with the incoming Customers. Also a quicker online to store pickup!

The waiting is very long. Even thought they tried to keep up with the demand. I think instead of 3 employees they should have 4 in this store. But the girl that help me was marvelous. Thank you
