The sales associate was not very personable or customer friendly. I had to probe her for options, questions and versus she acting as a subject matter expert by proactively giving options and elevating my customer experience.

Wasn't easy to look at charms. No idea what was available other than the few choices the sales person mentioned to us. Selection was minimal, but it is Christmas. Felt like we were wasting the sales person time, she wasn't helpful, didnt offer suggestions, nothing.

This was my first visit to this store in this location. There was line, and it move fairly quickly. Unfortunately, due to Covid 19, I was not able to go inside of the store and look at other merchandise. The store representative, that helped was very friendly and provided good customer service.

The sales girl outside store friend came up and they talked for 10-15 min, her customers were getting frustrated and my party was too. The customers transaction took twice as long because she kept stopping to talk to her friend.

I came into store today for early Black Friday deals and I felt like the person helping me was rushing me and really didn’t care to help me She has done this in the past with me too so moving forward I will not allow her to help me

I was being helped by a very nice employee, she wasn’t the problem. I was waiting for the lady to bring back a charm I wanted, and this other employee just comes and starts setting up her tray in front of me and another customer comes and stands beside me. MIND YOU, we have to stay 6ft apart. The employee could’ve asked me to move so she can help another customer. Very unprofessional from their part. I almost walked out... If I didn’t need to get my sisters bday gift, I would’ve left.
