Previous visit charm was put on necklace wanted to add another they did not know how to do it

I am satisfied with this location and this associate. My opinion is based on price alone. I think the prices could be lower and there should be more sale and coupon opportunities for loyal customers.

I was happy with everything! The store is beautiful I work @ crabtree mall in Raleigh nc so I saw that ring I was impressed

employee appeared irritated with questions I had trying to make my purchase at another store due to item not available I did not get what I wanted due to the item not available at store

I bought a product over the internet and when I went to change the bracelet they made me return the pendant, but I just wanted to change the bracelet. I thought it was absurd for such a thing to happen to a store as renowned as Pandora, unfortunately I didn’t have a good service at your store in North Carolina

The experience overall was quite well. Everything was nice I just did didn’t think overall it was highly satisfied worthy. Once again it was quite well overall.

The Sales Associate was very experienced and knowledgeable. I knew what I wanted and needed, however she was a huge help!
