Pandora Jewelry

I found that many of the charms that I have loved and intended to get were not longer available. I am aware of how marketing works but it seems that the target audience is now a teenage to young adult age group. I enjoyed getting pieces to remember the moments of my life with. The inventory looks more fantasy filled than it did before. The charms seemed to be leaning toward a different style of bracelet. I did buy a bracelet but none of the charms I wanted were there. I was caught off guard and disappointed.

need more ring options in the larger sizes 10 & 10.5

My experience at the store was great sales person Took the time to answer my question,

was a wait for costumer service. didn’t have the exact ring i wanted but settled on a different cut. prices were a bit high for earrings so small.

I took my bangle to have it cleaned,and the girl at the store did not do such a great job cleaning it,it was still dirty,when I got home I cleaned it better.

The items that I wanted was out or online.

The sales associates were wonderful during my visit, however, two other customers were blocking the sale case and holding up one of the two sales associate during the duration of my entire visit.

Michelle was a great help. She was patience during me making my selection. She cleaned my bracelet and earrings.

I was told I would be emailed a receipt but did not get one. I didn't get one at the store or an email so if I have any problem with my purchase I can't do anything about it. I would like to have one.
