I just don't really care for having to check in with cashier before you can really be helped. The store is always busy so sometimes its a long wait just to get your name in the system.

I like the store and the way it is set up and located

Everything was great except they didn't have what I saw on a display in there. But the associates were friendly and also helped to find something when I didn't see what I wanted.

The store has somewhat changed over the years.

The sales associate was fine, knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. Their were only two associates working at this time, so I had to wait a bit.

Whitney at Crabtree Mall was extremely helpful and friendly towards us. She had the greatest and sweetest attitude we’ve seen in a while, super blessed she helped us with our exchange. So sweet!!
