They did not have the ring I wanted. The sale merchandise was not visibly marked. I was not made aware of what was on sale.

The store is a bit too small. When it's peak shopping season (i.e. holidays and/or in-store sales) it is very difficult to move around and shop.

Store was very over crowded due to the holiday. Extremely hot , and I had to return 1 of my gifts for a new one because the bracelet was faulty

Difficult to find what I wanted - a separator..

It took too long for the return transaction.

YOU SENT ME 60 EMAILS ASKING FOR MY FEEDBACK. LITERALLY 60 EMAILS. It was a great experience until I checked my email the next day. PLEASE STOP.

The assistant manager was very attentive, understanding and patient. She provided various options for us to choose from. Ultimately she found what we requested

Everything was excellent. Great employees working when I was there. The store is small and gets a little crowded when it’s busy which is the only reason I wasn’t highly satisfied. Other than that everything was great!
