I was not highly satisfied with my visit because it's hard to browse product. And when I ask to see multiple charms associates give you a look and it's uncomfortable to keep asking so it makes you settle . I wish there was a way to see all the charms without being pressured to choose

The wait time was a little bit long given the fact that there was only one other customer in the store. I had to buy a replacement safety clasp for a bracelet. The selection was limited. I feel Pandora overall is very very expensive.

First time and looking for something specific. They don't carry musical instruments. Looking to make a bracelet for someone who is a music major in college.

I was satisfied with everything but I was just visiting the area so I would be unlikely to recommend the store to anyone and definitely won't be back in 90 days because it is nowhere near where I live

Great customer service at this Pandora location.

The atmosphere seemed different from previous visits. The help was there, but didn't seem terribly enthused, although the manager helped me and she was quite nice, helpful. I would like there to be more color charms to choose from, like I remember when I first visited the store. I understand that charms are retired, but I'd like to see more color options; there are only two or three sometimes in a color I like which make it difficult to create a full bracelet.
