The store was nice and clean. The associates were very friendly and polite. Nothing special happened for me to be Highly Satisfied. It was just a regular visit.

Some of the sales leaders are not people friendly. Location is very hot.

There were only two sales associates and I was the third in line and one couple took a lot of time. The person before me had jewelry clean. So I waited for the associate that had the couple. Kate was very friendly and thanked me for waiting. It just seemed like there would be more workers on a Saturday.

I wanted a charm this store did not have

I was just satisfied and not highly satisfied because nothing was done spectacular just good customer service.

The sales lady couldn’t answer none of my questions. She had to ask another associated every time . Her answer was Idk I majority of my questions

Because the sale associated would not let me exchange a necklace and pay the difference the exchanged. And my wife and I have exchanged before.

I was Satisfied however nothing extraordinary happened during my visit to warrant a Highly Satisfied rating. Fortunately nothing bad happened to warrant a DisSatified rating either.

I like to view the charms I don’t always know what I will purchase when I come in, sometimes seeing the charms they look better than online or in a book. With that said, so many items are stacked in cases you can’t see many of the charms. This is disappointing.

What I was looking for was not available and the displays and products where all over the place.
