The only reason I was not completely satisfied is because of the unforseen mishap when returning/ exchanging the items I purchased. Management and the associate who assisted me were very sweet and helped me resolve the issue.

Our salesperson was great. The chaos was quite organized being it's so close to Christmas and the store was full. We only waited about 5 minutes.

The store was too small for the amount of people that were there. It was extremely cramped and there was no counter space to be able to view the charms.

The first associate was not as helpful and friendly as the second assiciate. The second associate, Bria, was very helpful and friendly.
