I did not find the exact style of earring I was looking for. However, Kianie helped me find a pair that I am very satisfied with. I rarely give 100% because there is always room for improvement.

I actually came to the store looking for a ring in a size 3 1/2. The selection was extremely limited, which is why I ended up purchasing something else - charms. I am pleased with the charms, but would have been happier if I could have made the purchase I came to make. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and nice.

Many of the Pandora charms I was looking for were not available. The selection is very limited.

I was frustrated how in other pandora stores I visited, even overseas, I was able to see in person all products I wanted. For example I asked to see what available charms they have right now of a specific pattern I was interested in and instead they had to show me on the paper catalog and not in person. So my trip to the store ended up lasting much longer than what I would like it to

I feel "highly satisfied" requires a degree of service not often found. Beyond that, I don't care for having to check in to be assisted. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy by name and color, but had to wait for an associate. And we walked thru half the store before being invited to put my name on the list. It was all satisfactory, but it wasn't above average.

I felt like the sales associate could have been more friendly. I didn’t feel like she was necessarily excited to help me. I had to ask to see the item she was describing. As it relates to the options to go somewhere else it is very limited. I did end up buying two charms over a $100 purchase. Maybe employee could use some diversity training.

I'm not highly satisfied because there is a Pandora Counter, closer to me than the one in Crabtree , it is in the JARRED Jewelry Store on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, North Carolina. It's not as congested as the store i Shopped at on Saturday 07/28/2018, and the only reason i was there is because it was my Birthday and my family treated me to the Cheese Cake Factory.

In the promotion and booklets in the store, a new bow set was being advertised. I went into the store to specifically buy the whole set (necklace, earrings, and ring). There was no option to purchase and ship to home or pick up later. I feel like that is false advertising and pandora should make it right when a store isn’t carrying an item they should have at the time of the ad.
