Pandora Jewelry

I have 3 pandora bracelets. My 1st bracelet was not sized correctly and is too small. Because I purchased the bracelet more than a year ago I was told I could not exchange it. It would have to be damaged or purchased in the last 30 days for an exchange so I purchased another bracelet and the bracelet that is too small is no longer of use to me.

I like to review an item up front after seeing it in the book. When I asked to see an item the associate tried to show it to me in a book instead of pulling the item from the draw. Why could she just pulled it and let me review it

There were only two associates working and it was busy, so assistance was delayed. The selection was not as vast as the catalogues that were available to look at. They were sold out of the popular sale items.

I was satisfied by the experience. Highly satisfied doesn't apply in that there is nothing that could have made the experience perfection and that is not a criticism.

I was not told about the survey to receive a future offer of discount.

Good selection of some merchandise and they did have the free gift bracelet! Not real pleased that the Mickey Mouse necklace is posted all over the store but not in stock!

The associate was pleasant, but she was in the middle of making designs and I felt that she did not have enough time to spend. I get multi-tasking, but when I'm trying to figure out what I need, particularly since this was an exchange, I like the to be shown examples, etc.

Customer service was ok. Didn’t seem excited to sale the product, nor was much advice given

The jewelry is too expensive, but my wife wants it so I got it for her.

My ring size is always so hard to find and the selection of 4.5 rings is always so limited but I found one that I liked so I was happy with my purchase
