The time had to wait before being seen by sales person, due to store crowded. The confusion between the two sales ladies not comunicating with my orders.

The first clerk I encountered was ready to hand me over to the clerk that was just coming on. There was no transition to the clerk just coming on. That was cold.

I was satisfied with the customer service at this location. The rep knew exactly which item I was looking for and was there to show me . She also rearranged my bracelet the way I was supposed to have the charms on it .
