The first sale lady I came across was very unsure and really unwilling to exchange my charm. But my 2st sales lady Brittany was great and made the experience much better in the end.

Some of the items i wanted to purchase were not available, and some were display items in store looking a bit tarnished

I wanted to look at options before I spoke with an associate. As soon as I walked in the door I was approached by an associate (I understand this is supposed to happen), walked 5 feet and was approached by another associate, and within another 30 seconds was approached by the 3rd associate.

I felt the staff should have full knowledge of all merchandise. I knew what I wanted but I forgot the other products that were similar to what I wanted. I wish she knew what I was referring to when I asked about a certain item. They didn't know where some of the items were located in the store. The associate could be a bit more friendly. I felt rushed and judged as soon as we walked in.

I went into the Pandora store to get a bigger size in the ring that my boyfriend gifted me. The sales associate was nice and friendly, he was able to locate the exact ring in the size I needed. However he found the ring in a big bag full of associated rings, it looked very unprofessional and cluttered. The rings were not individually wrapped in the bag they were all touching. When I received the ring it looked very dull and no as radiant as the same ring I was exchanging. The sales associate was nice enough to polish the replacement ring. However looking at it today there appear to be small scratches on it likely from being thrown around with the bag with numerous 100+ rings.

I wasn’t highly satisfied due to the lack of available items to choose from. However my associate was very kind and helped me find other options. Overall I did leave happy with my purchase.
