There were three associates working but rather than letting people in to look at merchandise they only let one customer per associate at a time.

This store were out of the items that I were looking for.

All items that i wanted were not on hand.

There was such a long wait to get in the store. A long line of people, my wait was about an hour just to get in the store. The associates were also not available to answer phones either because I called before I made the 65 mile trip to the store.

The crowd was large due to the holidays. Associate wasn't too friendly.

The date was very close to Christmas (Friday before Christmas in the AM. There was a line and as many shoppers near Christmas, my patience was becoming short especially after discovering we had to stand in line for an hour).

The handwriting of receipts is so frustrating and time consuming. This being the high volume holiday season, this part of the store process is not the highlight of a person who is either waiting to be helped or if being checked out. Also was not able to find the Dad charm in stock. Two different stores were sold out.

Not happy with process of standing out side of store waiting for "my turn".
