The shop is small and was a little crowded. The sales person looked a while and did not find the charm I wanted. I think the charms are nice but over priced.

When entering the store I was not greeted or acknowledged It was my first time in a Pandora store shopping for a gift so I found the process to be a little on friendly After trying to figure out what to do entering the store, I walked to the front cash register to seek help. At that point she said someone will be with you shortly and I just hoped I wouldn't be forgotten. I wish there would have been someone to greet me and educate me on process.

Customer service and attention was incredible. Just the prices are a little bit high, good quality but in order to make a great gift spending is high $$ value.

I found out during this visit Pandora is now owned by a different company. I liked that this store had all my previous purchases on hand, something I know will not be continued and didnot pass along. The packaging is quite different and not appealing. The current packaging does not make me think. Have bought something elegant and feminine for my wife. It makes me feel like I have bought her a nice pair of shoes.

I visited on Black Friday. I completely understand how this day makes customer service/satisfaction more difficult, but the sales associate made me feel rushed, and did not adequately understand what was included in the sale. (She told me that everything fairy tale related wasn't included in the sale because it was Disney, even though that's not true. Just because a charm is a crown, doesn't automatically make it Disney branded. So because of this, we lost valuable time.) Evelyn was very nice, and I believe she was doing her best, despite the rushed environment. But I just felt rushed and crammed in, due to the amount of people in the store. Again, this is not negative feedback on Evelyn - I feel that the store did a fairly good job of trying to control the chaos (by only allowing a certain number of people in at the same time.) Overall, the experience was just unpleasant due to the crowds. Also, for a company that sells such high-cost/quality merchandise, please, PLEASE do away with the silly paper-writing aspect of your checkout process. In 2017, there is no reason that the checkout process cannot be done entirely electronically to speed up the experience for your guests.

While visiting this location, there was one sales associate not currently assisting any customers however it took her 5 minutes to approach me to ask if I needed assistance. When she pulled charms, her delivery was quite unprofessional as she took the jewelry out of the case and held it in her hand instead of in the tray that is typically used. When I asked her to show me another of the same charm (due to the one shown having smudge marks), she exemplified a slight attitude. Eventually another sales associate took over and the experience got better.
