The store layout made it extremely difficult to navigate through the store. I could not look at all the charms and rings because there were people in the isle way and no way around them.

The sells person was not to friendly. Maybe because it was busy but she kind of rush me. So I dont feel like i really got what I wanted. I asked about some prices it seemed like she was annoyed. All other staff have been really friendly maybe it was not a good day for her.

I find the sales associates at Pandora to be condescending, unfriendly and just overall unpleasant. They act as though they are better than you and the looks they give are uncomfortable.

The store and the staff were awesome but I did not find what I had in mind because apparently it does not exist. The sales associate did help me to find an alternative.

I received a Jewelry Box when I shopped at Pandora in China for only one crystal. But I just got a small bag for 3 products which is really hard for me to storage it in my room. It is very easy to lost.

There was an issue with the i-pads used for checkout. It doubled the time of my visit and took up two sales staff to try and check me out. At one point I was unsure if I was being charged more than one time and it was frustrating.

We entered the store and stood at the counter looking and several associates never even acknowledged us. One walked by me and I made the comment that no one seems to want to help us and then this associate heard me and then proceeded to help us. She was nice and helpful. As a paying customer you should know who is coming in and in which order they arrive and ASK them if they need help or I will be with you in a few minutes. Don't help others that come in after the ones that are already there.
