Pandora Jewelry

Felt rushed. Did not received my $10 discount. Rough handling.

I didn’t mind waiting for a person to open up, what I did mind was the sales associate. She seemed to rush me to make my pick and be done. I was trying to look at the merchandise but she pulled it away from me and wasn’t allowing me to see it well. I already need glasses so that made it worst. I seemed to annoy her but I didn’t think I gave her any reason to. I was polite and nice to her because I know how it is to work with the public but I didn’t feel the same out of her to me.

I waited in line outside the store for about 30 mins before I could go in. Which I didn’t mind to wait I know that’s not the stores fault that they were very busy. But once I got into the store the sales associate was a little rude to me and acted like she just wanted me to hurry and get out even though I had already waited 30 mins and I was about to spend quite a bit of money I just wanted to weigh all of my options. I went in there with the intent of spending over $300 but once I had picked out 3 charms I left because I didn’t like the attitude of the sales associate and how you could tell she didn’t expect me to buy anything as I am younger (20). So after I left the store I went to another jewelry store inside the mall and bought more charms and a pair of earrings from pandora with much better service than I got inside the actual store.

The young lady was ina rush because it was time for her to leave for the day and the service was really rushed. Her nails were extremely long and was hard for her to show/pickup the items. Packaging the ones I purchased she just placed them in the box not in the black string

The Sales Associate did not take her time to show me options, didn’t make any recommendations about charms or bracelet options. It seemed as if it was an inconvenience for her and did not seem friendly there was no small talk from her.

I don’t feel the associate was professional and it appears she was not too happy with my questions. I purchased 2 orders $200 and expected more professionalism

The sales associate, Briana lacked the level of customer service I’m used to at Pandora. She began the showing of jewelry and sale nice, but seem to have lost her patience by the end of the sale. I asked her was she ok because she seemed irritated and she just kind of browsed over my observation, First dissatisfied experience with a Pandora associate. Patience is required in sales. The more patience, the more likely customers are to shop and return.

I love pandora just I had to visit pandora couple times to replace my rings and my bracelet although I love pandora jewelry just wish I would have a lot of fall-outs

Only 2 sales associates working. Waited over 1.5hr outside of store.

The wait outside was expected and chatted with the manager. Once my wife and I arrived inside we were greeted by our rep. My wife wanted charms for her gold bangle once she showed her the 1st one she wanted... the rep immediately said "it's $450". The way she said it made me feel as if she thought I wasn't going to buy it because it was expensive and she didn't want me to waste her time or my own.. After letting her know that it wasn't an issue we went to the other side to look @ more. After confirming my payment method was legit its like the manager only stood by around us (the store was full) like we were going to steal the charms. She literally kept coming over where we were. I could be wrong as the employee did mention she has only been there 3 months and the manager could have been shadowing her. It just felt like she was with us way longer than expected. I feel the fact we came in dressed "down" and looking at gold charms was not a regular. Again, I could be wrong but it just bothered me.
