Hice una compra de dos charms para mi pulsera pero no era para la que tengo y por el COVID no estoy saliendo de casa y no me quisieron hacer el cambio porque ya había pasado los 30 días me me ok está porque es una situación que se sale de mis manos no quise devolverlo por mail queria era cambiarlo por algo que se ajustara a mi pulsera! Ahora tengo dos charms que no puedo utilizar ni con mi cadena ni con los pulseras! La manager se comportó de manera muy despota no ayudó a buscar solución en ningún momento es la segunda vez que tengo una mala experiencia es esa tienda

I was at the line for 15 min. I forget to wear a mask. When I entered to the store the assistant didn't want to let me in. I asked a mask because I left my own in the car. She said they don't provide masks. They didn't have any sign about mask policy and no one tell me wear a mask during my waiting in the line. It's made me sad. The store sell expensive and high quality jewelry and don't have opportunity to provide mask. Why I have to stay about 15-20 minutes and after loosing time hear that they can't get me in because they don't provide masks, don't have any musk policy on their door or assistance at the beginning the line to tell people the rules.

Stone was missing out of a ring that I paid for. Also when I returned the ring for a different size they gave me the exact same size and not the one that I actually needed; just to learn they didn’t have the size at all.

I was looking for a specific charm and when the saler offered to me charm need some cleaning to improve shine, and is the second time I receive charms in the store not that shiny. I specifically asked to be clean but it wasn’t how it’s supposed to be as well as the cleaning they do to the bracelets.

Rachel at the Raleigh, NC Crabtree Valley Store customer service was the worst. She did not know the product she told me and my best friend just type in your personal information on her Ipad, she was very direct, inpatient and rushy. I was not use to this type of service. I live in Charlotte, NC, and the services are always great!
