I was greeted almost as soon as I rolled into the store. I’m dealing with an injury and the staff kind of entertained my kid while I picked a few items. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I mentioned wanting to start a new bracelet for myself and daughter the manager of the store made several suggestions based on the complaints she heard me tell the sales associate.

The sales lady was really patient and kind.I was also satisfied with the patient’s and collaborating with the us.Also how clean the space was.Also how she gave us a lot of options

i was very satisfied because i showed the sells associate the picture of the necklace and earrings i wanted and she knew right away where they were. She handed them to me and let me see if they were that i wanted. She was very friendly and made conversation.

Sales associate was extremely knowledgeable of the merchandise and offered a variety of selections. She listened to what I wanted to purchase, explained how to take care of my jewelry and precautionary measures if there were any flaws. Lastly she explained the return policy and up coming sales.

Great selection of charms, staff was helpful and friendly. Cleaned our bracelet and put the new charm on. Accidentally put another charm on, but called us as soon as they noted the difference and swapped it in no time. Great team effort!

I am highly satisfied because the sell rep was very educated on the merchandise. Offer to clean my bracelet and fix the other bracelet .
