Was able to find ever piece of charms I came into the store to get. Everything was in stock and showen to me. To be able to make my selections

I had ordered a bracelet for my best friend for her birthday. This is something that she always wanted and I wanted to give it to her. The bracelet I ordered was too small. I ordered it online and wasn’t even sure if I could return it to the store. To my surprise the associate said all she needed was my order number. It stated that I would probably have it in my email or my account if I created one. She was patient and eager to help us. I gave her the order number and within no she had a new bracelet that my friend can wear and we were on our way. Thank you all for fixing this, I will forever and always be a Pandora patron.

The presentation of the jewelry is just beautiful. The store windows are inviting and appeal to this customer to explore more in the store. The jewelry is always fashion forward, but still remains tasteful to any age customer. You offer so many different metal colors and you allow the customer to make an informed choice because your staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. You walk away with your purchase and a great feeling of satisfaction.
