The sales person I encountered (? Maya I think was her name) was so helpful and friendly , assisted me with my pickup order , cleaned my existing bracelet while I was there and assisted me with some additional merchandise while I was there .

Had the product I saw in the catalog. The price was fair. The service was fast.

I had a return of a bracelet that broke. Associate helped me in a quick manner. She repackaged the new bracelet for a nice presentation.

The sales associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she helped me find what I was looking for and gave me some suggestions and ideas that I really appreciated and definitely took into consideration!

Quality or product was satisfactory. I was also able to get the product I was looking for. Although the associate did not grant the 10% discount that was offered online, I’m ok with Pandora, although slightly disappointed the discount did not apply.

The wait was relatively short even though the the store looked very busy when I walked in. The sales associate was very polite and friendly.
