My first time purchasing a Bracelet.The young lady was Very knowledgeable and walk me through the whole process. She showed me how to select charms. She also showed me how to place my charms as well.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations since I am new to the bracelet and ordered original online. She helped me in so many ways with helpful ideas but was not pushy which I appreciated. She was very friendly and I enjoyed my visit and love my bracelet even more with her help since I ordered the original online.

This was my first time in this specific store, once i side the wait was a bit long. However once an employee got to us they were very nice. I knew what I wanted so the transaction was quick and easy.

I could not get good service at the store in Fayetteville, NC. I had to travel to Crabtree Valley Mall to get exceptional service. Ms. Tarsha and the staff there were knowledgeable, fun and professional. I will return to that store not the one in Fayetteville, NC Cross Creek Mall location.
