I’ve been wanting a Pandora experience for as long as I could remember and now I’m finally part of the Pandora family I’m SUPER EXICTED.

The sales associate was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. My previous visit at that store with a different associate was the exact opposite of those qualities and almost made me to never return to this store.

This is the third time I am trying to write this review. I cannot tell if any of my previous attempts have gone through. Bottom line is I walked into the Raleigh location very overwhelmed and not knowing exactly what I wanted to buy. Both Alyssa (assistant manager) and Brianna (sales associate) were amazing! They took the time to make sure I saw and understood the different choices, and I ended up with even better items than I thought I was going to get. There are so many employees that can barely do the basic job duties, let alone provide such professional and personalized help. Someone needs to recognize their exceptional service.

The salesperson helped me and made my purchase and shopping experience feel fairly easy. I wish the store had my mother’s birthstone in a charm but i picked from what was available in store.
