The sales associate was amazing. I can’t recall her name. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable. She took her time to pick out the perfect gift for my wife. She’s why I’ll come back.

A bracelet was ordered online. It was a mix up and my boyfriend and I couldn’t find it . I went to the store that we ordered from Crabtree mall location.. and the associate was amazingly patient with me. She found the order. The bracelet was to small with all of the confusion I ordered another prior to going to store. She asked the size that I ordered and said that one should fit if not bring it to the store. The one that didn’t fit I was able to trade in for charms for my bracelet that’s coming in mail… I’m absolutely happy

This was my first ever Pandora purchase. I went in and was immediately warmly greeted and an associate named Alyssa started taking care of me. She was so friendly and super funny, and stayed patient while I tried on different pieces. She was a huge help in figuring out what I wanted. I would definitely go back to this location as long as she is working!!
