This was my first time visiting a Pandora store, I was excited. From the time I arrived the staff was polite, patient, and reassuring. My sales associate was very pleasant, knowledgeable and did not rush me through the process.

I was greeted with a smile, assisted with great customer service and completed my purchase in approximately 15 minutes.

I went in to get a ring replaced since a stone fell out, and I was still within warranty. Even though it was a Friday night, I did not have to wait and was assisted immediately. The assistant manager helped another employee complete my replacement. She was very kind to me and the other employee. She explained everything well, and the entire process took less the five minutes. Loved it!
