I was on a thirty-minute break when I popped into the store the sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly. Showed her exactly what I was looking for and she found it without difficulty.

The associate who helped me was very polite and friendly. She helped me through the design process for custom engraved charms. I changed charms and design ideas multiple times and she was very understanding and offered great advice on what ended up being the perfect gifts.

The sale person, was very knowledgeable, pleasing and willing to help me with my purchase even when what I wanted, the store was all out of it, and check with the other sale person, I was told to try on line.. So my sale person showed me other things instead which I purchased. I was very pleased.

Representative was kind, patient, thorough and answered all is my questions. The rep was not pushy she was very helpful.
