Our experience was very pleasant. We had great, friendly customer service! In todays world it isn’t as much about the product but more about customer service and our associate was very accommodating and pleasant!

I didn’t really have any problems it’s just a couple bracelets I wanted to purchase were not available

Our salesperson was Jesse at the Crabtree Valley location in Raleigh, NC. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of our questions and was patient while we made our decision.
