The friendliness of the sales representative. She took the time to show me the line of merchandise that I had researched prior to my visit. The store had a variety of items. And I had my charm bracelet cleaned while I there.

The sales associate was very patient with me and helped me pick the perfect charms. She also suggested different options and offered to order something if it wasn’t available in the store. She also did a great job cleaning my bracelet.

I walked into pandora not sure of what I wanted. The staff was extremely helpful in finding a ring my size amd style. She even told me that the ring I purchased was buildable

We were able to go into the store pick out our ring and leave quickly and seemlessly. Salesperson was very helpful in making sure my daughter found what she was looking for. Even went to the back when she didn’t see it in the case. Two thumbs up! Great experience!

My experience overall went really well. The sales associate was very helpful and got to me as soon as she could. The ring I originally wanted wasn’t in stock, so that was a little unfortunate. But, I did end up purchasing another ring.

Upon arrival I was politely greeted and assisted right away. All associates were helpful with my problem. My purchase was completed quickly and the service was AMAZING!
