My associate was Zee at the Crabtree location in Raleigh NC. I cannot say enough good things about her. All of the staff were very friendly. Zee worked wry hard to make what I wanted come to life. She was so sweet and personable. I would recommend her and that location to anyone.

I explained what I was looking for and the sales associate was able provide the items.

Customer service rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Due to COVID really didn’t get to go around the store and browse she asked questions and placed charms in front of me

Staff was very knowledgeable of products. Staff cleaned behind every customer. Every staff member stayed with there customer and no talking between each other except getting into cases they needed
