The sales associate Lindsey at Crabtree valley mall in Raleigh nc was absolutely amazing. She listened to what I needed and suggested certain pieces that would work for what I needed. She was very knowledgeable on the merchandise that was in store and recommended ways to look online at the website for anything that was not there and available. Kudos to Lindsey !! Thanks so much I am very happy and will continue to visit that store.

She showed me Every single charm I wanted to look at and recommended some too. After I pick It, I realized I needed another mom gift for step mom. She was on it. Super friendly and helpful

Store was well organized considering the COVID situation. Although we had to wait to get into the store it did not take very long. The sales lady was very helpful and did not make me feel rushed.

Everything went very well. Wait time wasn’t to bad but the ladies are great. They also clean my bracelet and make it perfect again.
