Staff members exchanged all bracelets I brought online in wrong size. They had to go out of their way to return an resell items to me for size exchange because my email address wouldn't show up in their system.

I enjoyed the customer service from the store associates. I enjoyed how quickly I was helped. The organization of the store flow was amazing also. Just an all around great service.

I was greeted outside the store by salesperson in a face mask. Store wasn’t busy therefore I was waited on immediately. The salesman, Chris, was very helpful in helping me make my final decisions in the purchase of my charms

I came in looking for a new pair of earrings and Jazmine helping me was so kind! She helped me pick out out of the 2 pairs I chose which is better, because I was a bit undecisive. She also was very knowledgable about the earring infection I was having right now, and what could be the cause and what to stop it.

The quality of the jewelry is more beautiful in person than online. I am well pleased with my purchases and will be back again.
