The overall experience at this Pandora Store in Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh, NC was excellent, as my customer service rep. helped me make a very favorable buying decision. I requested to see the gold bracelet by which the rep. showed me several options, and helped me pick a special charm along with my purchase. This Pandora gift was loved by the intended party by which it couldn't been a better anniversary gift. Consequently, I will shop this particular Pandora store in the future for charms and other Pandora merchandise, due to my great shopping experience of this very special purchase.
