I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because when I walked in the store I was greeted by a nice young lady. She asked how could she help me. I told her exactly what I came for. She went straight to the merchandise, showed it to me, asked me did I like it and if I wanted to purchase it. I did not have to wait long at all. She was very knowledgeable about the items that I came for. The store was very neat, clean and safe to maneuver around in. I must say it was a great experience! I can’t wait to see my daughter eyes when she opens her birthday gift! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!

I was greeted when I entered the store I had an item on hold and the young lady helped me with my purchase was very nice.

Sales associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a sale associate who was in training and he was very good. He was knowledgeable about the merchandise. I had a very pleasant experience.

Associate Vanessa was very helpful in showing me some charms and associate Elaine came over to assist her and help her clean my bracelet and charms. I'm planning on returning in the next two weeks and I would like for Vanessa or Elaine to help me with my purchase. Those two ladies are very friendly and they both gave me excellent customer service.

the store hous, etc information wasn't clear online, so i had to drive to the mall to check it. I believe COVID had some to do with it.

Pandora merchandise is beautiful. Priced right. Great quality. Always satisfied with the professional sales associates. Knowledgeable and helpful.

I am terrible with names but I remember Zenia the sales associate was "the best". She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and just overall very sweet!
