The sales associate helped us soon as we entered the store. She was very pleasant, helpful and personable.

The assistant manager michelle was so nice and sweet she was so helpful. And she explained everything to me that need to know abt my bracelet. As soon as I walked the through the door at the Crabtree store i felt so welcomed.

Had some concerns with being in public during the pandemic. However, I felt completely safe and at ease in the store. Both associates were friendly and very helpful. My experience was excellent with them. Additional customers entered while I was there and it was very easy to self distance and the store was clearly marked with instructions. Hand sanitizer was readily available too. I will return to this store when shopping for Pandora. Excellent overall shopping experience.

I was buying a gift and I told the sales associate what I was looking for. She showed me a few charms that were fitting for the occasion and the transaction was easy. The sales associate was very pleasant and accommodating.

The merchandise was beautiful, the store was very inviting due to there set up and cleanliness. The sales lady was professional, knowledgeable and most of all friendly.
