Initially had issues when a bracelet I ordered online, as a gift, didn’t show. I was sent a replacement quickly. Then we realized the bracelet was too small. It was a quick and easy exchange with a lot of great insight from the pandora store what size is best. Overall the customer service was amazing to help fix every bump in the road
