Michelle was Phenomenal!! I saw items online that were not available but went to the store to see if they had them. I gave Michelle a vague description of them and she pulled out EXACTLY what I wanted. Her Customer Service was a Breath of Fresh air! I will Definitely be back to the location.

Sales associate made it very easy to return charms purchased online that did not fit my bracket and explained the difference. She made it easy to identify other charms that would fit and that were o sale.
