The lady working behind the front desk was very knowledgeable about the product, friendly, and great to interact with.

I was highly satisfied with my experience because it was actually my first encounter and even though I was wasn't sure what I wanted, Ms. Kianie M was very patient with me she told me to take my time so that I would pick out the exact pieces that represented who I was, and so that I would be very pleased and satisfied with my choices. She had no problem showing me individual pieces and putting them on the bracelet so that I may so how it looked. She took her time with me, as if I was the only one in the store. I kept apologizing for taking so long to make a decision, and she kept telling me to take my time, that's what she was there for.

My first time having Pandora jewelry and wearing it. I was truly amazed at the quality. Sales associate was very friendly and courteous. There was a price you didn’t have in stock and she professionally guided me to other choices I loved. Kianie is my sales person whenever I come in from now on. Other staff were friendly and courteous as well but me and Kianie have same taste in jewelry.

The store was really clean, associates were wearing masks and sanitizing.

This was my first Pandora purchase and I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. I love my bracelet and the charms I got. The quality of the product is excellent.

I had did my research before going into the store so i already knew what i was looking for. They didnt have the new Mothers Day charm instore but she showed me what they had and it was very similar. So i purchased it, i am very pleased

My sales rep was awesome, I did not see thebotem I wanted showed her a picture and she brought it right to me. The store was clean and well lit, the sales reps were friendly and helpful.

It was nice experience. The store was clean and well organized and I had no trouble locating the ring I was looking for. The sales lady wasn’t too pushy to buy something like most jewelers are. Overall good experience
