Walked in, found what I was looking for, paid, they wrapped, and off I went all in about 10-15 minutes.

I love my Pandora bracelet so much, decided to purchase one for my daughter on her birthday. Had a great selection and I was on a budget and salesperson helped me make the best decisions, very very appreciated.

I had a wonderful sales lady Jo who was very nice and helped me select and arrange my charms.

The staff was great! I wish I could remember names, but they did an excellent job making sure I was tended too. First time ever inside a Pandora. Will return.

I went into the store to exchange some charms I got for Christmas. I did not have the receipt because I did not want to ask my mother for it, I did not want her to know I was exchanging them. The 2 ladies at the store, I don't remember their names, were so helpful. They were very patient and helped me locate the purchase in their system using my mother's information, then they spent time helping me choose the new charms. I was there for about an hour and they never acted as if I were an inconvenience. What they don't know is that I'm struggling with a lot of issues and I had a really bad day and their kindness was just what I needed at that moment. They were just doing their job and for them I was just another customer, but for me they made a difference.
