The lovely associate who assisted me was very nice! She talked to me about Disney and wished me a happy birthday as it was my birthday treat to myself to start a Disney charm bracelet!

The sales clerk was very friendly and helpful to this out of towner. The selection I wanted was limited but it is January and I love my choice.

Sales lead was very helpful with my mom during our visit. I forgot her name but she was the sales lead at the crabtree valley mall store.

I came into the store looking for a safety chain. The salesperson was wonderful, so friendly, so inviting. She know the exact style of the chain I so poorly tried to describe. She was patient and open about other pieces we spoke of. I will be back. Her name was Kianie.

I already have a pandora bracelet , I want to purchase some charms for myself and I did, I am very satisfied with them. I love shopping at the pandora stores. I will be back 😁.

Store was clean, organized but it was to much of waiting. There were only o e sales assistant at the moment
