I was greeted going into the store. Asked for what I was looking for. Showed me the "21st" charm, packaged the item, and rang up the sale. I then left the store after being asked if there was anything else the could help me with and thanked me for coming in.

The sales rep was well prepared, helped my daughter with her ring size, and knew what my daughter wanted right away, from a very brief description

The sales associate was very as well as the store manager. They both helped in trying to located the items I wanted to buy as well as showing various options. They also both stayed a few extra minutes after the store closed to complete the sale.

I was not even in my mind to go to the Pandora store, but I called up my attention the displays in the windows. As soon as I enter, the two sales women were cheering me up so friendly. They gave me all the time needed to decided what I wanted to by. I bought a few items, one didn't work as I wanted with my outfit, so I went back for an exchanged and was as nice and easy as the first time. I love the store and their beautiful items.

Great customer service

The woman that helped me was amazing. Everyone was pleasant. I went in with no ideas of what I wanted and the staff was never pushy or impatient.
