Kaylee was my sales gal, she was awesome! Her energy & smile & knowledge we’re excellent! I was visiting the area, so when I return I would visit her again.

I returned the same charm for the second time. The sales associate remembered me from the past. She offered to exchange my charm for a different one, and because the new charm was less expensive than the one originally purchased. I was given a gift card with the difference.
