With the chaos of the holiday crowds, it's very nice to go into a store and have associates receive the customers in a friendly and organized manner, like they did at Pandora Newark, DE. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable of the products, located them within a moment. I knew exactly what I wanted when I came into the store (I was not there to browse this day), and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Overall great experience.
