Associate very helpful..went in looking for a charm or two...wife ended up with necklace and 4 mini charms to go inside.

I can never go into the store. Just to buy what I came there for. The Sales Associate that help me was very nice with helping me. She was new ,also wasn't afraid to ask questions. If she didn't know how to answer the questions I asked.

Although the store was busy that day, the sales associate was helpful and attentive.

Simicole B. was excellent! I knew I wanted a charm necklace but she helped me select the right length and gave excellent ideas for accessorizing it as well!

The sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. I received quick service.

I really satisfy we my recently order the only I was not satisfied was my first order went I buy my firts bracelet with my charm even always keep them in the original box star to change black and rusty color I bring to the store they said they can’t change or do nothing only clean but still the same so if suposse to be a good quality but not Sylver plate so little desapointed
