Bracelets I wanted were available in the size/color I wanted. Sales associates were warm and friendly. I didn't have to wait to be helped to make my purchase.

I was highly satisfied because of the fast service, the friendliness, and the helpfullnesss of the sale associate. I think the store needs to be a little bigger because of it’s popularity.

My bracelet kept sliding and getting really loose. I took it in to see if someone could fix it. I was shocked when Beyanka told me they're going to replace it. She was amazing and so helpful! I am so pleasantly surprised by Pandora's customer service, especially with Beyanka! Thank you!!!
